Conference Room

SelPhyS will be held in at Conference Aston, which is on the Aston University campus. For travel details, please check the link below.
We will be in room 123 and there will be a registration desk just past the main reception to welcome you and give you directions. Signage will also show you where to go. Coffee and snacks will be available from 8.30am in the lobby area.

Dinner Venue

The dinner starts at 7pm (19:00h) at La Galleria (5a Ethel St, City Centre, Birmingham, B2 4BG).

Visa Letter:

If you require a visa letter please fill out this online form AND inform Dr. Peter Lewis about your application via email (p.lewis@aston.ac.uk). Only then processing your request will be initiated. Please note that this form is valid for all visitors, even though it is part of student services.
